Strategically situated on a 5,677m² site, the Roomia self-storage facility represents a benchmark in efficiency and design. With a gross floor area of 10,429m² and a net storage area of 7,325m², this three-level facility offers 672 storage units in various sizes, ranging from 2.25m² to 80m². The facility caters to both personal and business storage needs, ensuring a versatile and convenient solution for the community.

Our team leveraged cutting-edge technology and superior materials to ensure the facility meets the highest standards of durability and functionality. Key construction highlights include:
- Robust Structural Design: Built with full-height precast panels and incorporating 244 tonnes of structural steel, all expertly manufactured at Akura's in-house factories in Kelso, NSW.
- Optimised Site Utilisation: Our efficient planning achieved 70% site coverage, maximising storage capacity while maintaining ease of access and movement.
- Smart Technology Integration: The facility features smart building access and technology, providing customers with secure, user-friendly entry and management systems.
- Convenient Access: High-clearance drive-through access to ground-floor units enhances the usability for customers with larger storage requirements.
